Has anyone heard/read predictions from people in-the-know about how much further the Euro is going to fall to the US$? It’s fallen quite a bit in the last month.
BBC is blaming it on the Greeks and their creative accounting this time, but it sounds like an attempt at justification to avoid panic. The Euro fell at the beginning of last year too without the help of the Greeks and ended up in the $1.2x range.
Since I’ll be visiting the US this summer, it would be very inconvenient (and incredibly annoying) if that happened again.
